Barbara just published her first book  on Amazon this summer. "Taking Civility Out of the Box: The Insanity of Incivility and What Can Be Done About It." The book calls people to be aware of the growing presence of incivility in our society and the damage that is doing in our daily lives. She challenges readers to do something about it and offers a variety of simple but important strategies everyone can do to begin to make a difference.
